Dear
friend,
This
is a free New Testament Greek tutoring course (up to exercise
4).
God wants Christians to study that they may
become approved. Understanding the original Bible
languages is necessary for critical study.
Normally,
you can be reading Greek on your own in about
three months or so (actually in about a month if your
are fast and diligent). Prerequisites include
knowledge of the English language (at least seventh
grade level). If you need help in attaining
this level, ask help from other students. Otherwise, begin
adding new and powerful tools to your Bible study
work effort.
We
offer the course through the Internet and by e-mail.
(At this time, you may have to send your e-mail to
the www.clrc.net url, not the members.aol.com url.)
If you choose, you may also send your own voice
recordings by cassette and/or handwritten work for
review and comments from the instructor. This
helps the student stay on track and will save him or
her much time.
The
tutorial quizes with automated grading
are fun! You can take them over if you want to get a
better score. The practise helps you learn.
We
will be using The Gospel According To Saint Luke in
the New Testament for the course. However, in order
to be able to take the course, a Greek language
primer or grammar of your choice is required. You
will also need a lexicon (analytical please) and
Greek text (interlinear with a reference of the
variations if possible) of the New Testament. See the
online pages below.
You
can begin when you wish and finish when you like ...
no hurry, and it's free!
Tell
your friends about it too. If you like, you can help
us and others by posting a url on your site that
links to one or any of our sites.

We also offer
special courses for the Septuagint and Old
Testament Hebrew. Since Latin was used for many
centuries before the Reformation, although
most documented, erudite and profound
scholarship attests that it was not an
original bible language, we will list it for
your convenience. The Greek Apocrypha is also a possibility.
Note: CLRC
reserves the right to cancel or postpone any
classes at any time.
Just in case a
course is not presently available, put your
name on the waiting list.
