credentials to prevent God's wrath do these justices have
that the men of Sodom and Gomorrah didn't?)
Two of them were Reagan picks and off-shoots of the apostasy and Jewish anti-Gentile-morality movement, including O'Connor.
Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist and Justices Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas dissented. (Don't be fooled: the judiciary is a bought product. If it had not been for justices like Rehnquist, America would not have been betrayed and accursed with the Affirmative Action lawlessness.)
Question: Why should a Supreme Court justice be required to have a college degree? From the results of the case above, does it make you wonder if college pseudo-education promotes the tolerance of sodomy?
More importantly, would not it be better if a Supreme Court justice were required to pass a moral theological exam (see Romans 1: 18-32)--even at a small, denominational church--rather than a state philosophy course? I think so. This sodomy case proves judicial and state-required education accreditation poses a defiant, tyrannous restraint against the will of God and progress, not a process for intellectual advancement. The pursuit of state correctness, morality and righteousness is at a shocking, political, fruitless and futile stage in this country.
No doubt, from hindsight, in their earlier years Miss O'Connor, who has an ethical mind set (beware: the link site contains foul language) one step above gang sodomy rapists (they condone homosexuality also), and Kennedy displaced an opportunity for education of someone with moral character. This is a proof that "freedom" of thought when permitted to the wicked is more harmful than AIDS, and more terroristic than allowing hijackers on a plane. Moral character, as taught from the Bible, must be a deciding factor in nominating an official of a people, but this necessary protocol has been trampled under foot in America.
Since Christianity and morality has been rejected and mocked in our day, we can not logically expect America to be without more expectant woe from now on. If God did not tolerate Sodom and Gomorrah, is it likely He will overlook the USA? No.
Let us remember in our politically, judicially and socially afflicted future as we advance our education that we separate from the ungodly and not leave God out of any decisions. Amen.

Personal view: These Supreme Court justices are paid high salaries, which come from the American tax payer. They are paid to officiate a position requiring character, of which they do not qualify. Our government is sick, infected with a Talmudicist and anti-Christian virus, and due to lack of representation, we are forced to unwillingly pay for the sickness. These officials eat undeserved bread, drink and live luxuriously off our hard-earned money while they spread the sores of wickedness and destruction throughout our country. May God help us, amen.
